Imagine Shakespeare was alive today, saying: “A private pool or a public pool?  That is the question.”  For those who may not want to buy a pool, the chances are that they would end up going to the country club or the city’s public pool to swim or relax. Then, there are those who own an apartment or live in a neighborhood that has a community pool and rely upon using the community swimming pool (not all apartment buildings and communities may have them).
